NW Center Rings
NW Center Rings are precision components used in vacuum flange systems to ensure accurate alignment and reliable sealing between ISO-K flanges. When clamped between two flange faces, the integrated elastomer O-ring is uniformly compressed to create a stable, leak-tight vacuum connection.
Designed for high-vacuum and semiconductor applications, centering rings typically utilize FKM or FFKM O-rings to meet requirements for chemical resistance, thermal stability, and ultra-low leakage performance.
