FKM and FFKM Rubber Materials

FKM is a high-performance rubber known for its excellent resistance to heat, oils, fuels, and many chemicals. It operates reliably in temperatures from -20°C to +200°C and is widely used in automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications.

  • ● Good heat resistance: typically -20 °C to +200 °C
  • ● Good compression set and aging resistance

Properties:


  • Perfluorinated structure (very similar to PTFE)
  • ● Outstanding chemical resistance (handles over 1,800 chemicals)
  • ● Exceptional high-temperature performance:
  • ● -25 °C up to +327 °C (some grades to +340 °C)
  • ● Extremely low outgassing and particle generation
  • ● Excellent compression set resistance

    FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer):FFKM is an advanced rubber material offering the highest chemical and temperature resistance among elastomers. It can withstand over 1,800 chemicals and continuous temperatures up to +327°C, making it ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and aggressive chemical processing.
